Job Descriptions
The loan officer is the core of the EQUITY UNLIMITED sales team. They offer superior, individualized service to customers throughout the loan process.
Our comprehensive line of loan programs enables our loan officers to provide mortgage solutions to a full spectrum of clients.
Job Requirements
2 years of mortgage or Financial Services sales experience. Exceptional computer skills, including Calyx Point, Microsoft Office, etc… Professional, aggressive, sales-oriented individual. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Persistent and persuasive in business relations. Fluency in Chinese a plus. Able to work in a high stress environment. Comfortable with numbers and financial calculations. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Loan product knowledge.
This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
Requires National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
